Our Journey
Having both worked in hospitality previously, and sharing a dream to one day have our own business within the hospitality industry, we jumped at the chance of taking over the Refinery when the chance came in December 2021.
A prime position in Faversham and such a beautiful building, we could see there was so much more potential for the place.
With Jordan's experience in hospitality management & Amy's in events, we hope to create a welcoming environment for weekly catch ups with friends & family over coffee & cocktails! and even the option for more intimate events for birthdays, hen parties or baby showers, with our full hire package.
Our space
The Refinery is a hub for lively conversations, meetings, reading, writing or just for relaxing in a comfy chair watching the world go by. All of this enjoyed of course, with our speciality coffee, savoury pastries and a good deal of our home-made cake.
We are also fortunate to have pavement seating, sheltered by our elegant canopy, where you can enjoy the best of the British weather with a G&T, but still get a breath of fresh air during the colder months thanks to our lovely warm wall heaters.
We are also dog friendly, so come and relax with your canine buddy after a walk, and we’ll keep you both well watered and fussed over.
