MAYPOLE

Our infamous house blend, named after the home of its rostery. This finely balanced blend makes for an espresso with notes of milk and dark chocolate, hazelnuts and figs with a very creamy mouthfeel.


Espresso

A timeless classic; nothing but coffee. A double shot of espresso served in an 4oz cup.




Cortado

Originating in Spain, the ‘cortado’ consists of a double shot of espresso, cut with a drizzle of steamed milk. served in a 4oz cup.


Piccolo

Piccolo translates into ‘small’ from Italian.   A single espresso shot topped with steamed, stretched milk, allowing it to blend with the coffee. Served in a 4oz glass.


Macchiato

The middle ground between espresso and cappuccino; a double shot of espresso, stained with foam. Served in a 4oz cup.

Flat White

A double shot of espresso topped with steamed milk and a small layer of micro foam. Served in an 6oz cup.


Americano

A cup of hot water topped with a double shot of espresso.


Latte

Translating from Italian as ‘milk’, the infamous latte consists of a double shot of espresso with steamed milk and a small layer of foam. Served in a traditional 8oz cup.


Cappuccino

The cappuccino has been enjoyed for generations in Italy and continental Europe. Consists of a double shot of espresso with equal parts steamed milk and foam. Served in a traditional 8oz cup.


Mocha

Rich chocolate mixed with a double shot of espresso. Served with steamed milk and a small layer of foam.


The Refinery are proud to serve loose leaf teas supplied by Maries Emporium in Gravesend, Kent.

Maries hand blend all their own tea to produce some wonderful and often unique flavours. From their ethical sourcing of their teas to their absolute passion for their products, this is a small reason why they have been awarded the produced in Kent status.

Earl Grey

A classic blend of refreshing, naturally citrusy Sri Lankan black tea with zesty bergamot oil and lemon peel for a little extra zing, finished with beautiful blue cornflowers.


JASMINE GREEN

A classic from the Orient, this combination is a perfumed delight. Delicate green tea leaves from the Yunnan province are fused with finest jasmine flowers, to create an unmistakeable, fragrant brew. 

LEMON & GINGER

A revitalising brew with a punchy hit of ginger and a refreshing blast of lemon. It will keep you awake for the rest of the day and the best thing is it doesn’t contain any caffeine.


ROOIBOS

Currently the most popular herb drunk in the UK, Rooibos is the perfect caffeine-free alternative to tea. Naturally sweet rooibos has a biscuit, honey like flavour and is full of antioxidants and trace elements. Can be enjoyed both with or without milk.


PEPPERMINT

Cool, refreshing peppermint is the perfect palate cleanser. Peppermint has been traditionally drunk as an aid to digestion, making this delicious brew both soothing and invigorating.

A clean and aromatic cider using only fully ripe, hand-picked Kentish Rubens and Bramley apples. Fermented with our Bacchus wine yeast for a premium cider with crisp, fresh aromas of green apple and hints of elderflower, citrus and kiwi fruit.
